We are hiring a PARTNER OPS ANALYST (PYTHON) for our GLOBAL SALES AND OPERATIONS team in SÃO PAULO!

We're looking for a talented Partner Ops Analyst to join our Partners Team. The OPS team is responsible to guarantee the execution of the processes after the negotiation such as setup, accuracy of information, and validation of payments.
As Operation Analyst you will be expected to support the internal team by developing tools and looking for process improvements to ensure the efficiency, quality, and correct execution of all processes related to the partner's environment.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Identify and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Map processes and create controls to gain efficiency
  • Report gains and benefits from process improvements
  • Lead process automation within the Partner Ops Core Processes area, using tools such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, Zapier, Salesforce, etc.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English (all daily area meetings are in English)
  • A team player who is comfortable working with multiple cross-functional teams across the organization (relationship skills)
  • Intermediate Python (mainly Pandas and Selenium libraries)
  • Intermediate JavaScript
  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and Excel
  • Able to learn new technologies & methodologies quickly
  • Knowledge of process methodologies
  • Enjoy solving problems through code
  • Analytical profile
  • Have a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize
  • Be focused and organized
